Cleaning & Sterilization Procedure

• After wearing, remove your mask by the straps only
• To sterilise, place the mask and filter in a bowl and cover with boiling water from a kettle
• Wash hands and face using Covid-19 protocols as set out by the World Health Organisation (WHO)
• After 5 minutes, remove the mask from the hot water and rinse in cold water
• Press dry with clean paper towels, remove the filter and put both mask and filter aside to air dry
• The mask may be washed with detergent by hand and ironed but ONLY after removing the filter
• Do not squeeze, wring or wash the filter with detergent as this could damage its delicate structure
• The filter should be replaced after being sterilized 5 times
